I have over 20 podcasts in my iPod (yes, I am one of those rare creatures that still downloads podcasts onto a listening device rather than onto their phone).
But I still keep looking for more. I give everything that sounds relatively interesting a try.
Here’s one I’ve just come across.
It consists of short episodes – unusual for me to listen to podcasts with episodes lasting less than 25 minutes – my preferred length is an hour or so.
Unusually for me, I listen to this podcast for information more than entertainment. Even when I listen to podcasts on subjects that interest me, the entertainment factor is what helps me return. This podcast keeps me engaged though.
The podcast, hosted by David Dylan Thomas, covers the different types of cognitive bias that will affect our behaviour. Ways of behaving that don’t seem logical; ways of framing the world that give us a distorted picture of what’s really going on.
So, have a listen and let me know what you think.
