Why We Don’t LIke Waiting in Line

I constantly find myself looking for things to do to avoid “empty time”.

When I used to fly regularly with easyjet and had to check-in, I always took my MP3 player with me, to listen to my podcasts. On the tube and train, I always take something to read. It’s not that I don’t like my own company (I prefer my own company to bad company), it’s just that I don’t like feeling like I’m doing NOTHING.

This short reflection has come about as a result of reading another of the insightful Happiness Project posts, Does waiting in line drive you crazy? If it does, click here to find out the reasons why.

Enjoy!
